Engaging Employees With Projects
We believe in the power of volunteering. Often volunteering is the first step in social change. We provide two different types of employee engagement opportunities:
Exposure Oppurtunities: We work with our partner NGOs to find engaging and relevant activities for employees to engage in. We understand your needs and provide the right match. Activities can include Sports Days, Annual Days or Career exposure visits to your company.
Skill Building for NGOs: Employees work with NGO staff in-person or via webinars to improve their professional competency. Their need areas range from making better powerpoint presentations to specific domain skills like recruitment.
Measuring Impact of CSR Spending
We have developed a five-step process for improving the monitoring and evaluation of our partner NGO programmes. This signature process helps CSR teams assess the impact their grant has made.
